what are "capitals" and what are they for? Royal storage sounds really cool, how did the players get them?

Yes, it is the festival square it is the best decoration, it gives 190 of PO and cost 5'500 rubies
the capitals are something like an outpost, they give "better" troops to the alliance holding it

International 2 is the best. We may have less people but the top 100 alliances all arent allied with STEEL.
