When you defeat a Highwayman castle, I have noticed that you earn quite a lot of rubies. Are these rubies are specific amount which is the same for each player, or are they awarded randomly (like RBCs)? If they are awarded randomly, is there a chance that the player won't earn a single ruby?
It's been ages since I got the first treasure map so I can't remember the answer to this:
With RBCs, they have to be above level 3 for you to stand a chance of getting rubies. With Highwaymen, is there are certain point (e.g. from the 3rd highwayman in the king pig map onwards) from which you can earn rubies or can you get rubies from every single highwayman?

It's been a while since I did the adventures too, but I seem to recall getting rubies from all of the highwaymen, even on the first treasure map. The amounts seemed pretty even too, so I think they're fixed, not random.

Okay. Thanks, Sparkster. Does anyone have a definite answer for the random/fixed question?
It doesn't seem particularly fixed to me - I got 55 rubies from the 1st highwayman in flat earth and 72 rubies from the second. Then again, they do seem to increase for each highwayman, so it might be fixed.

You get them from all the highwaymen, except the castles at the end where you earn the decorative items. I think its fixed because me and my brother got exactly the same rubies for each highwayman

hey i defeated player level 67 today but i am level 21 [will be 22 today in some time] he had no defense:D
it doesnt matter but i need to defeat highwayman level 15 they have 90 spear man help
