i helped another castle with troops. The castle was attacked and i lost some of them in the fight. I send more troops. when those last troops arrived in the target castle, i couldn't see my remaining first troops anymore. I knew they were still there, because of the number of bread they ate. Why isn't there a possiblity to show those remaining first troops. When i click the symbol on the castle i was helping, i only saw the secondly sended troops.

If they didn't died in the first fight, you still had food, and they didn't came back during the time you send the other army and you didn't noticed, they dissapeared and it is time to message the support team

Did you also go to your travel overview, which would have given you the full picture of what is going on.

What you have done is exactly what I have done in the past hence going to travel overview is the better option.

Thanks a lot replying. My troops came back (no lost troops here). Thanks Bunzy, i didn't think of the travel overview. I will look at that the next time.
