where can i find a list of all quests so i can plan what buildings to keep etc...

there is no list. if you want to know what buildings to keep look at other peoples castles or ask people in your alliance

You will follow the quest book and find your building requirements in there.

Question, not to get off topic, but in the Quest list, there's a certain order that keep shifting in priority, it seems. Does anyone know what the order signifies?

Like for example, does it attempt to indicate the top one should be "done more importantly", or maybe indicate (also) that the bottom one is the lowest hanging fruit and is cheapest to do?

Anyone have thoughts?
