I have to complete a quest ie. upgrade marketplace up to level 2...
I have 2 market places one is in my castle and one is in my outpost. If i upgrade my outpost's marketplace to level 2, dose it will be considered as completion of quest or not?

No, all quests in the Great Kingdom only apply to your main castle.

How do upgrade Market to level 6?
When I tried to upgrade Market to level 6, It says that: "cannot upgrade until the Architect Event Occurs". What does that mean?
Any answer would be greatly appreciated!

this is a new update, The architect will randomly appear in front of your castle and when he come you will be able to upgrade woodcutters to lv 10, stonemasons to lv 10, dwellings to lv 11, town houses to lv 11, marketplace to lv 6, and guardhouses to lv 4, I think that is all but not 100% sure, Also the architect has not come yet to my server so I am not 100% how it will work.

Thanks JJ5542 for a very acceptable tips on Market upgrade! Now the problem is, we don't know when the Architect will arrive and how long it will stay for us to upgrade all the aforementioned buildings! I guess it has to be seen when and how long it comes and stays! Thank you kindly.

That is what I am scared about...lets say I am building a 10 hour farmhouse and he comes for only for 7 hours...I cant do anything about it. Also instead of stonemasons it is stonequarrys, my bad
