Can any 1 tell me..how many food, wood and stone, rubies from each level of robber baron castle

approx is ok ...

lvl 1 ...how many
lvl 2...
lvl 3...
...etc

it varies. hitting the same level rbc on 2 different attacks can give u different resources each time. also depends if you have hired marauder or not

I can also say that there is a limit of how many resources you can plunder for every lvl RBC. The chances of getting rubies depend on the levels.

I think for lvl 1 RBC the plundering limit is ~1000 (in total, not 1000 for each resource)

The higher the level the more resources you plunder (gain). It varies as has already been stated. Enjoy the game.
