i start the castle

wood say 3 woodcutter
quarry say 3 stone quarry
farm say 3 farmhouse

it also say the additional 1 will drop the effectiveness

they should be all 3

but i keep on have quests
upgrade 4 woodcutter
upgrade 4 stone quarry
upgrade 4 farmhouse

If it is is 3 woodcutter, 3 stone quarry and 3 farmhouse is the correct confguration in 1st castle of a player, any excess will not run effectively

the quests should change to
upgrade 3 woodcutter
upgrade 3 stone quarry
upgrade 3 farmhouse

shoudl the game developer make the quest compatible with the requirement in the 1st castle of a player, everything shoudl be consistence

No, because having only 3 of each is not enough production. Even if the production is 75%, 56%, or 42% it's still worth it to build them, they produce enough to be worth it, trust me.

That is because that many are at 100% efficiency, the buildings then go 75%-56%-42%-31%-17% and that is when I cut off making at my main castle.

same here, at least for food. I need to start working on my 6th stone and wood buildings.

I have 8buildings each, food/stone/wood, got an OP for stone that has 12 humming along and a Farm OP that has a dozen as well as 8 woodcutters humming along. Food production is good.

both my ops 8food/2stone have 16 farmhouses and one has 6 stone quarry and the other op has 7 stone quaries.

it seems stone is quite important ??

but i always short of wood ..... cannot build things

should i cap a outpost with 8 wood ?? i can cap a outpost after 21 hours...

Go for a wood outpost first, as that is most needed at lower lvs. for your 2nd, it would be a choice between a stone outpost, or a food outpost with stone as the lesser resource. I would go with the food for the 2nd, to have a larger army. And the 3rd would be stone, since stone is more important at higher lvs.

Sorry that was my fault, what i meant was once you have reached level 60 and have nothing to do (completed all the quests) etc, you could try that 3,3,3 configuration in the main castle.

Just do what the xp quests tell you to do and once you've maxed out you can try different configurations, where 3,3,3 is one.
