any 1 know the relationship between population and those resource building level ??
e.g.
dwelling anf townhose increase population..
if i have a population of 60
and all building are woodcutter
if the population 60 only allow me to have level x of y no. of woodcutter
if i upgrade 1 of the woodcutter from x level to ( x + 1 ) level, i need to upgrade dwelling/town so it can work properly
if it happen like that, so ..what is the equation and "how do i know i have inadequate population" ??
if it does not matter, can i just build 4 dwelling, and they can serve all needs and all future needs when i upgrade woodcuuter, farmhouse..etc

Dwellings (Population) and the occupancy rate have nothing to do with each other, there is no way you can increase the occupancy rate of any plant

There's no real connection between population and resource buildings (farms, wood and stone).
You can have a castle with no dwellings and still produce resources.
Increased population lowers public order and decorative items increase it. Public order affects production of all resource buildings. More public order = more production.

No, you don't need to build dwelling levels accordingly to woodcutter levels to balance things out. In fact, there is no balancing in that way. Keep an eye on your Public Order, as Population is what directly affects your Public Order.
To increase your Public Order, build decorations. The most effective one's are the late, high level decorations, and the ruby decorations.
If you're of lower level, I suggest trying to raise your Public Order so that's at least over 100%, possibly up to 150%.
For higher levels, you'll want to have over 200%, achieved by buildings parks everywhere, or better, ruby decorative items.

You need dwellings to have population and to get coins, also in the new kingdom's main castles and in the Great empire world you have to build dwellings for the quests

Yes, I don't even bother in getting taxes, but you don't have to wait so much time there are 10, 30, 90 and 180 minutes taxes

The only co-relation that exists between those is the space used.
If you use townhouses instead of dwellings you save more space for decorations.

No. You need both, at least before you get to level 60. Make sure your PO is never negative, and preferably at least +200 regardless of your level. Of course, high levels should have more than 10 times that.

when youve reached level 60 you can start demoloshing dwellings and building town houses.
