What do you think about an international server were the best alliances and players of all the servers would have war??(?(?(

I don't think that would work. It would mean joining all the servers together. If this was possible there would already be one big server.

Yeeeaah, I think their is already an International server that exists that is called International 1!
After I've given you a moment to take a breather from that shocking revelation allow me to explain that International server 1 as far as I know has the highest population of players consequently some of the best Alliances as well. We shouldn't force people to go to war with one another anyway, merely encourage it.
