I have
a lvl 3 barrack in castle
a lvl 1 barrack in outpost

when those soldier (required level 3 barrack) recruit in lvl 3 barrack , move to outpost,

do they lost power/strength ??

No. Nothing changes by sending archers or even travelling knights to your outpost.

Nothing changes. Barrack levels allow you to recruit certain soldiers, the more powerful your barracks, the more powerful your troops are.

The only diffrence is that you can't recruit lvl 2,3,4,5 at a lvl 1 barrack like normal

i suppose they do not lost their strenght when i send soldier out to hit others from level 1 's barrack's outpost
