If by "breakdown", you mean "abandon", yes. Do a SEARCH and you will find many threads explaining how.

i have a outpost i don't want it nay more now so is it possible to abandon the outpost..

It is. When you are in the screen of the OP you don't want, click on the Resource tab (wooden box) and then the Management tab (the chair). In there you will find an option to surrender your OP. It takes 24hrs to count down. Make sure you remove all the troops and resources you want otherwise they will be lost too.

go to mangment and push surrender outpost.

To surrender your outpost, go to thhe outpost you want to surrender, then click on economy, after click on the management button, and select abandon Outpost, this process takes 24:00 hours and you'll lose everything you have there, so move your troops and resources to other of your castles during that time
