Go to the bugs part of the forum. Look at the stickied threads, especially one with the word "troops" in the title. READ THE FIRST POST.
It's not hard. What is wrong with people these days? I know that I sound like an old guy when I say this, but new technology is making everyone stupid and lazy. In 1900, you couldn't just type a word and be greeted by a Wikipedia page saying everything you could possibly want on a subject.
