what do you mean, do you have less men returning? or do they not appear at all
if you have less men returning, it is because some die (what do you expect)
if they dont return at all, make sure the message says "victory", if it says victory, contact support

Dear sir,
I mean to say that message shows vitory and after that remaining soldier are returning to the castle but they didn't reached in the castle they disappeared in the way . I noticed this about four times.

you can do this by going to the top right corner, clicking the question mark "?", then click the second button which says "support", type your problem there

PurplePancakes, thanks for trying to help, BUT YOU MUST CONTACT SUPPORT IN ADDITION TO WRITING IN THE MISSING TROOPS FORUM. You can post on the missing troops is you want, but whether you do or not, you will NOT get your troops back without contacting support.
