Our Alliance King has left the game and the rest of us are wanting to keep our alliance but vote for a new king. Is there anyway we can do this or starting over is the only way?

How does a castle go into ruins?
for inactive player, game will drive that city into ruins
If a player is at level 15
then it takes 15 (player's level ) + 1 =16 days to turn that player's city into ruins
