Go on King's Market, then you can move your castle

Hit the move castle button.

Then you'll be in the world map. Look for a suitable castle space (they're outlined in red on the map). The select your preferred new castle location.

Once you escape out of it, you should see a new e-mail stating the number of days or hours remaining until it is free. From then on, it is pretty straightfroward.
