I attacked the Capital with 27 men and 8 tools, against 1027 men!!! They lost none.
How does The Capital have sow many men?

Because it is a capital! Designed to withstand major assaults. Thus why only the larger alliances will possess them for the time being. Takes alot of manpower and time.

There are capitals with over 50'000 defenders!

Because the capitals give special units, the alliance members send any extra (if not all) defenders they have to defend the capital.

1000 defenders are far too few from similar attempts around here in the forums
