You need to build a tavern. You'll find it under:

Construction menu> Military> 7th building from the left.

[1395030] Loggan08 [None] :: Sept. 27, 2012, 3:15 p.m.

Step 1: Get 18 Swordbrothers
Step 2: Build 3 Level 1 Taverns
Step 3: Upgrade one tavern to Level 3
Step 4: Upgrade the remaining taverns to level 3.
