Im not a noob and am infact a super high level player and only need some help. I strarted an allance in UK1 and also dicided to start a guild. I was wandering how to start it and how to get others to join it. Could anyone help me? ?(

I have no idea what a guild is, but I'm going to guess that you're referring to a group of alliances. There's not really an official way to do this built into the game, you can make pacts with other alliances, but all that does is make sure you're not allowed to attack each other, it doesn't bind your alliances together. If you want to join forces with other alliances, you'll have to do it through unofficial means, meaning lots of private messages.

You just invite alliances into your guild, and maybe make pacts with them. Sadly there is no option to have more than 5 pacts, so you cannot pact with all the members of your guild.

you should probably join one instead of creating one, join a good one with good alliances
i am assuming you mean groups of alliances that work together like I2TO in inter 2

Bobby999902 yea there is 3 guilds in uk 1 im in one them there really hard start so better joining one heres link to one im in hope helps we have 10 allinces with over 200 members in guild we talk frow skype the leader or general of allince must have skype account or creat one for better talks any way here
