I can't attack any RBC or other castles. I'm level 12. Does anyone know why I keep getting these "You cannot attack this _____ anymore" message?

(I need to reduce my troop level because they're consuming too much bread.)

It's because you're moving your castle I think.

During the 24hr move period your castle cannot attack or be attacked.
