hows that possible i got banned for 2 hours i mean last time i got banned for 10 minutes but 2 hours like where i live its 2:56 pm and the screen when i try to login shows my accounts suspended till 15.00 so that would mean that its suspended for like 2 hours thats cheap as hell! why would iget suspended FOR 2 HOURS!

My map just like disappeared, the whole thing. There for a second, and then, poof. Had to log in and log out again.
Is that what happens when u get banned?

I did but like i just wanted a quick awnser cuz support takes like 1 or 2 days to awnser so i just wanted to know a bit faster but i did contact support but dang they take long to awnser

1 or 2 days? You've got to be kidding. That would be ridiculously fast for any support, ever, but GGS support is currently ridiculously slow because apparently moving castles and creating bugs has more priority than fixing the missing troops or not updating quests and achievements. Within 2 weeks is currently a good time to get a reply within.

No your map does not disappear when you have been banned, you will get an on screen message.
