There is already a move castle idea, so why not one for outposts. For move outpost, it would be like moving 6 food and 2 stone to 6 food (or 8 ) and 2 stone for were it is on the map. This how i think it should work if it ever happens.

I think being able to move our outpost/outposts is a great idea. We can move are castles why not our outpost.

It wouldn't be for free or GGE would be losing money

There wouldn't be a point of moving castles if outposts are gonna be far away from main castle so I agree with this.

i dont think this is a good idea
for example, take EKC from inter 2, he is the leader of the top alliance with nearly 3500 honor, he is a ruby buyer,
he can move his castles and outposts near an enemy, beat them up, spend rubies, move somewhere else, do it again, and so on, it would help him gain honor and he is really far from other people.
the update was meant for low level people get together with friends, not for high levels to bully other people

I agree with PurplePancakes, and I think I've seen other threads on this exact same thing...

Some might say that this is the advantage you get when you are a ruby buyer. However, it would seem that it would create too much of an advantage and would push a greater number of players out. I can see the idea of moving your castles, but having to leave your outposts behind levels the playing field somewhat. In other words, I'm against it.

Well one thing is for sure, it would cost quite a sum of rubies for it to happen. I think the option should be made available, but it should cost around 10k in rubies. Even then I wouldn't be able to move mine, but it would make is accessible to others who need it. As for ruby players, I don't think they would go through the trouble of moving just to attack an opponent. They have attack speed bonuses, and stables to do that.

I strongly disagree with the idea of moving outposts. Here's my reasoning:
Alliances would move their castles/outposts into one big group so they were all right next to each other. You would end up with a map made up of groups of alliances. This would kill the game in the great empire.
They would also bully other players into moving out of their "territory".

It would be like castle moving, first time free but you have to move it to the same type thats not captured by anyone like 8/6 Food and 2 Wood = 8/6 and 2 Wood. The non-way would be 8/6 Stone and 2 Food = 8/6 Wood and 2 Food. If it was made for lower lvl, then i am sure they have one outpost and want to take that outpost with them next to there friends. If they didn't they could never really attack with it as it is far from them without thinking of defence from attackers.

The whole point to having available outposts scattered randomly on the map was so that you would have to make a decision based on resource, distance, establish vs capture one etc etc. By allowing a move OP option this basically negates the whole reason for resources being added to the map randomly.
You might as well have allowed players to pick what they would like their OPs to be ("I would like 3 shiny food one thank you. Two of those with stone as a secondary resource and one with wood!") and given them all ruby buildings and fully developed castles. Allowing people to move OPs says you may as well capture one 400km away from a player and then move it next to you. Totally UNREALISTIC! (I know this game is taking more turns towards the unrealistic, so no need to comment on that).
As for the whole castle move idea. This also = RIDICULOUS. The idea if implemented more appropriately was ok on paper, but in present form is DUMB. The option of moving a castle should have been restricted to all players that have yet to build Level 1 Estate, so they can think about where and who they want to be near on the map if they are in a high level player area or in a very isolated area - basically for real new players.

that would make the game toooooooooooo unfair for those who aint in big allainces. the obvious thing to do would be to move everyone near each other an our captials. that way no one could ever win a battle against us because of all the support. that wouldnt make things interesting at all

It might work if you could move an outpost only up to 100 from its original position lets say...

I think if you're moving an outpost (and I'm against the idea, just for the record) that your fee should be the total amount of resources you would receive when dismantling buildings plus a ruby cost. You know when you dismantle a building, dependent on its level, you get "x" amount of resources back. Well, the cost to move the OP should be all those dismantle amounts plus the rubies.
Only then can you move your OP from its original spot to an UNOCCUPIED outpost on the map. Not just any old space but a true OP place. I think you should be able to move to any unoccupied place though, that way you can pack up your non-shiny 6 food 2 stone and move it for the cost to a shiny 8 food 2 stone OP. You could also move a wood OP to a food OP place if you wanted but obviously some of your buildings would change in output or immediately become rubble (if you moved from a wood to a stone placement your woodcutters would become rubble).
