When I bought rubies, I raised a ticket, 2 days later i received the rubies with a sorry mail. I'm not sure whether they provide the rubies if we dont raise the ticket.
One more thing, they dont work on sat and sun day, so wait... and then raise a ticket.

First of all, you are supposed to get the rubies without doing anything other than going through the buying process.
Secondly, you should contact support immediately because there is something called a QUEUE. If someone sends a ticket in on Sunday and you send yours in on Monday, the other person is going to get their issue resolved first.
Thirdly, I would have thought that support not working at the weekends (or at least not on Sundays) would be assumed. You might as well say that you get an automatic message once you send the ticket, or that support gives players help.
Finally, "sat and sun day" is a bit weird. Ignoring everything else, "satday" is not a word: "Saturday" is, and both days of the week are one word and not two.
