About the:No two castles on one computer unless someone else uses it and tell that to support, a guy claims he was using his brothers account in a message to me (more of a threat of destruction for attacking said brother):p, does this violate rules of one account only?

This is already what happens. It's against the rules to access more than one account on the same internet connection unless it's notified to support in advance.

It's in the rules somewhere.

Contact support and tell them the account of the brother, preferably with a screenshot (if not, just don't delete the message). In addition, if you know the account of the other player, tell support that player's account name as well.
