Just in case anyone doesn't know, the arrows point to decorations called "the clever wives". The deco can be earned only through an adventure map (the third one, I think) and can only be earned once. Yet there are 2 of those decorations in the same castle.

I'm not sure how it's possible. It looks to me like a bug or a hack.

No you don't,it comes up with a message saying

You have finished all the treasure maps for now

Unfortunately, you're wrong. After completing all the maps ONCE, I got this when I clicked on the adventure maps button thingee:

Has to be a bug, there's no legitimate way to get two two of the same adventure decoration.
