I got it 1day ago, what should i focus on here, troops, buildings ect

I focused on buildings and increasing my Public Order to have enough troops to get food Villages first, I don't know my opinion

I focused on the quests at first. The quests does put farmhouses as a priority, but that's a good thing because this is a war game and you need an army in every castle.

When you get to a higher level (maybe 40), try looking around for some food villages captured by low level or incative players, preferably people in small alliances. Get espionage reports. Spend time and effort, and you can always find a few villages which you can capture fairly easily.

Also do keep in mind that people will sometimes fight for their villages if you capture them. Also I built some stone quarries, woodcutters, farmhouses then barracks but I would build barracks first as your protection expires soon.

Focus on the quests first.
Once u become like lvl 38, u can start focusing on what jadet said.
Thats what I did, but other people are likely more experienced then me

Focus on the quests, then get food villages! Become strong and take them from weakies.
