In reality
When we get on horse, we travel much much faster than ground soldiers
do not know
stable give us a option to travel by 1 few minutes faster by paying coins and rubies ??
dead slow ...
Apart from paying rubies ( still too slow)
what is the method to increase soldier speed...i does give them food to eat although i need to borrow food from other player...

I think you got it wrong.
The bonus of speed the stables give increases exponentially as the distance increases.
An example (slowest unit travels @ 20 speed) I have level 3 stables so I can give an example of the speed
If I attack a castle at 2 distance on foot it takes me 10,0 minutes to arrive
with the highest expensive ruby horses (coursers) it takes 9,33 minutes
( - 0,67 minutes)
If I attack a castle at 1'085,2 distance on foot it takes me 90,4 hours to arrive
With the coursers it takes me 2,3 hours
( -88,1 hours)
If you attack targets far away your horses will be faster, and the only way to increase the speed of armies when you're attacking is to either pay ruby horses, or increase the stables level (also if the target is in an alliance you're in war with, the attack speed can be increased via alliance upgrades), if you're moving troops between your own castles you can increase that speed with research in up to 100% if you're sending support to your alliance you can increase that up to 210% via alliance upgrades (support speed)
