After looking at your castle, sometimes it's not so much the number of troops rather than the number of available soldier spots on your walls. You definitely need more my friend. Start expanding your castle walls and build more towers.

As we say every time someone asks this question (usually with different wording - "is XYZ bad?" or "how many troops should a level M have?"), it really depends.
Are you an offensive or a defensive player? Do you have lots of honour? How big is your alliance? How many alliances are you at war with? Do you have food/wood/stone outposts? How many rubies do you buy? etc. I think you'd be best off just getting as much food production as possible and having as many troops as you can have without them starving to death.

im a defensive player, 850 honor, 15 members ,not at war,no outposts,5000 every month,

Why don't you have any outposts? What possible reason could there be for denying the opportunity to increase your wood, stone and food production, to increase your population and gain tons of other benefits?
