If you are going to start ANOTHER thread like this one instead of using search function/reading other capital threads then the simple answer is: you don't.
Unless you are in a very strong alliance (i.e. top 5 for your server) you stand no chance of getting one so just forget about it. You need to find one, defeat the 20,000+ defenders (probably a lot more now) and then send a capture attack.
