I think we should be able to have a second account as a back up and no one should be able to know that it is your related castle/account unless you tell.

There is a player who says he is going to report that I have a double account when I don't. my brothers and I each have a different account though we use the same password so we can access each others easily, not to mention me and one bro accidentally used similar names for our castles which is why the guy thinks its the same person. Can I do anything about this? We didn't do anything wrong, did we?

Sharing accounts is also against the GGE rules. You have actually admitted to having the same password as your brother to you can access each others accounts.

no, you didnt do anything wrong intentionally. however, sharing passwords and accounts isnt allowed.
my advice is for you and your brother to change passwords.

My roommate wants to play, and I told him to wait until I can verify that we both won't be banned for having two accounts on the same IP.
I understand there is a bot that checks that sort of thing.
This must not be an unusual situation. I would open a ticket and ask support to allow it, but I'm afraid that we would get banned anyway.
Any input into that? Can "getting permission" end up getting you banned anyway? He says it is unfair that he can't play just because I registered first. Well, life isn't fair, but I can see what he means. I would be torqued if I was in his posiiton, and couldn't play because only one person per household is allowed to.

Can someone help me, I got suspended for having multiple accounts, I didnt know that you couldnt have more than one account but now i do. Can someone help me so I can erase my other accounts and keep one account. I send the support team a message but all I get everytime is this and its so confusing, can someone help me step by step what to do. This is what i keep getting form the support team.

The email you recieved from them, you have to reply with the game you play, your user name and the server..
For example..
Game name- Good Game Empire
Players Name-Sameehah
Server-en1
reply to them with that and they'll get back to you

A player in LOF legion1 alliance has multiple accounts and uses them to steal rvs and attack at the same time. Please take the time to check THEBEAR1 and THEBEAR3 in his alliance.

I'm playing it because I fell into the trap of GGE and now I'm addicted to it. But with all the recent ruby-buyer updates, I'm going to do my friends a favour and not invite any of them to fall into the same trap that I regretfully fell for.
But in all fairness, GGE was actually great back two or three years ago (around the time of CM Malreyn, for those people who spend more time on the forums than in the actual game.)
Agree. Game was much better when you were able to play it competitively for free and get some nifty bonuses with rubies that didn't completely skew the landscape.
But now you can't even come close to playing competitively for free. Not even a little bit. It's why I have not recommended this game to a single person since mid-2014.
