i was having a problem with the game i mailed support 4 days ago and still don't have a reply why does it take so long for support to email you back?

Well, I've read somewhere on the forums that the estimated time for support response is 10 days, if you need compensation for any bugs, etc.

3 working days.
That's just a general aim - it doesn't mean that something is wrong if it takes 4 working days or that support are working overtime if you get a reply within 2 days.
Everyone, please wake up. This isn't some fantasy land where everyone gets replies immediately. We don't live in a world where games have absolutely no problems. People don't work for free and spamming, shouting, swearing, complaining and breaking the rules causes problems but solves none.

i was having a problem with the game i mailed support 4 days ago and still don't have a reply why does it take so long for support to email you back?
Here's why.... There are literally millions of people playing this game, and most of them have experienced bugs too. The staff at Support has to deal with possibly tens of thousands of support tickets, so it will take a long time. We just have to be patient and wait for our problem to be resolved by Support
