That is actually your rank, you cannot remove it, you get higher ranks by increasing the amount of glory you have

you can't change your name, you choose your username, kind of weird you don't like it ;D

Please contact support HERE and politely ask for a name change, you will have to provide evidence that you are the account owner but after that you should be all set to get your name changed.

Did you have any luck? I've politely asked GGE through support 3 times, once with an unregistered email which prompted them to ask for CC information but when I've asked using registered email, they never respond.

When I request with registered email, I've gotten nothing. Almost 48 hours since my third request.

@Torrent, we may have different opinions of easy since like I say here, it's been 48 hours since my 3rd request, over a week since my 2nd. No automated responses. I also put in a request 2-3 months ago that never was responded too. I am not finding this easy at all.

If you aren't getting automated responses then there's an issue somewhere...

At the moment you won't get any responses till Tuesday (if they do respond) as they are on holiday at the moment. (Monday is a day off for them)

Automated emails are sent to all support requests so please check the above.

If you didn't get the automated message this you are probably using Yahoo or AOL. I would recommend asking to change your email over to a gmail.

I feel like such an oaf. I have received emails from GGS in the past, and didn't think to check my spam/junk folder. I had a response in there from over a week ago someone trying to help me. I've replied to them apologizing. Thanks for trying to help me as well peeps. *shaking my head*
