Go to Economy -> Overview -> Castle Management -> Move Castle

You go onto the "Economy" tab, then into "Management", where you will find in the bottom left corner a suitcase. Click on it, and it will take you to the world map. Find a free red outline of a castle, click, secure, and it will take 24 hours for the move to complete.
