i keep hearing talk of these other maps not the worlds but like ever winter or w.e its called whats the deal with these?

Once you reach level 25, 40 and 50. You get a chance of having another main castle in kingdom a.k.a. other maps.
you must donate resources and coins or rubies(optional) in order to get to another kingdom and you mostly need other kingdoms to level up

Are there any available resource villages in Everwinter Glacier? I can't obtain a village without starting a war. Is that my only option?

The RVs seem to be appearing in blocks in an anti-clockwise direction....currently appearing on the west edge.
