I used to be a lv 50 but left I have now restarted but am unable to access world 1 where my old alliance is how do I get in?

Make sure you select the correct server at the login screen. Then log in using the small menu at the top left. The server is now called international 1.

If you're making a new account the same applies bur input the information on the big menu in the middle of the screen.
