Hello how do i get more rubies and level up faster ? :D lol

To get rubies you have to

I was attacked this morning, all part of the game, no worries. You win some, you lose some. However, I noticed I lost over 600 rubies that weren't written on the defeat report. Is that normal? If it is, then why would I pay for rubies when I can lose them instantly if attacked by a guy 4x my level? I've played other games and the payed for resource is exempt from players raiding it like they would other resources which I think a far better deal. Losing those payed for resources in this way seems a bit of a game breaker to me. I'm sure the games designer loves it though, but i'm not sure I'd care to play his game.

thoughts?

If it isn't the norm for rubies to be taken during a raid/attack, then has my account been hacked? Which brings into question the security of the game and again it's play-ability and my continued participation. (lots of big words today, sorry).

rubies cant b lost when u get attacked by some1 and lose. either it was a glitch, u accidentally used them, or some1 hacked ur account and spent them all. no matter the reason u should still contact support. they will tell u how and when u spent them
