how can i trade wood and other stuff?

Talk to your neighbors, swordbrothers, or allies and ask to trade resources.

Just click on the players username or the main castle on the map and you will see a box with 2 arrow marks(red and green) just click that. Then choose the amount of resources by changing the scale under each type of resources you want to give. If you still don't understand the please feel free to ask again.

If you are referring to trading with other players, send a message to them and negotiate an amount to trade. Then send the amount to them, and make sure they send their part to you. There is no rule about trading, so they could just take your resources and not send any to you. Use the icon on the player's page, that looks like a box with a red and green arrow.

If you mean sending to your own castles, use the box with red and green arrow, and move to the desired amount.
