Okay so the help book shows how to recruit soldiers but how do i get rid of them before they eat my society out of house and home? lol need help urgently asap

send half of them to a lvl 60's castle mail him tell him its a friendly attack to lose some troops and not a threat

Sending troops to attack another player on a suicide mission is not only time inefficient but comes with the cost of honor unless you want to deliberately lose honor. I find just attacking Robber Baron Castles to be a lot more effective as you'll gain gold along with resources. Just don't use any tools or counter yourself on purpose for maximum casualties.

I also recommend RBC, but attacking a huge player can get you glory points. Also, you can send them to an Outpost and let food run out.
