where is the quest menu to give coins

some quest (i check from my current quest) as below:

Achieve population
upgrade dwelling

loot other player castle
loot other player resource when loot player castle

defeat rbc
own some tools ...they have target for u
own some decoration unit...they have target for u

upgrade tower
expand castle

But the best way to get coins
I) Tax every 10 mins
II) defeat RBC

much best way
A) use your real world $$ to buy coins from game-developer

Click on the quest book, there should be a quest to give coins with a box, click on the box and you will give coins, to collect coins click on the tax bag and select the time you want the tax collector to get coins
