How do i earn glory points for my alliance? Do i need to be a certain level?

Any glory points earned by you automatically go to your alliance as well.

e.g. You have 10,000 glory points.
Your alliance has 100,000 glory points.
You get 500 glory in a battle.
You now have 10,500 glory points.
Your alliance now has 100,500 glory points.

You lose 2% of your glory per day, but with the alliance, it only loses 0.5% per day.

yes is true .. you just have to do more fights

When I attack someone multiple times i get little or no glory points, but still get honor points. Why is this?

There are few troops (not farmers) killed. The more you attack them, the less troops they have. The less troops they have, the less glory you get.
