hi i have try move my hb 3 times now and and my hb still not move can you tell my why and i have lose 10k rubiner i need to know soon why i have lose 10k rubiner and not move HB plz help and i try com up till darkfllyv he is my frindes plz can you help my i well not buy more rubiner now for move my hb goodgame have take 10k rubiner from my and i well have back+ move my hb=hovedborg my name Henrik Lindhard

"Ruby" or "rubies" is the correct English word, just so you know.

Assuming "HB" refers to "main castle in the Great Empire", then this is a bug. Contact support and they should return the 10,000 rubies to you and let the next move be free.

I'm afraid that I can't understand parts of that message, but I think that I got the gist. Please try to speak as clearly as possible, though, and use punctuation marks if possible.

I've never moved my castle so i'm not sure about this. i do know that the first time you move it's free but each time after it costs 5000 rubies, which explains the 3 attempted moves for 10,000. My best guess would be that you tried to move and did not realise that it takes 24 hours before your castle does anything. Then you tried 2 more times and you ended up it this situation. If your castle moves tomorrow then this is what happened. but i dont know if you can change where you want to move to while the first move is still in progress???

u cannot attempt to move 3 times in a day (or a week). once u start moving, if u try 2 move again it says "available again in 15 days"
