you cant get them back i lost more than 150 troops and i mail the support every day and they never do any thing just forget them and bulid another army
and take this advice do not attack any one in these days just collect coins from taxes and build your army until they fix this damen bug

You cant get back a friend of mine lost 800 soldier .. and an attack with 1000 soldier dissappear when he come near to my castle .. Those are bugs !

i lost another 150 macemen again last night
I am very tired to complaint, so i do not ask them back from "support"
becos too tired...too frustation..too upset...etc
better to recruit another team
it seems to me, most of my army which i lost is over 100 army size
may be 100 is the critical off-line army sizes, below it, they return, above it, they vanish
or
100 is a big figure for me, so i always notice the "vanish" when i try to use them < cannot find sufficient soldier to send, then i notice i lost them>

I really do not think we need yet another thread on this matter. It has already been posted about MANY times before along with details on how to go about getting your troops back.
