How do you getin a pact with another alliance??

1. Find the alliance info page of the alliance you want a pact with. One way to do this is to click on a player in that alliance, go to their player info and then click on the alliance button.
2. Go to the diplomacy tab.
3. Click the pact/non-agression agreement button and click the green tick.
The other alliance must agree to a pact or a non-agression agreement, but only one alliance has to agree to starting a war (although both have to agree when ending it).
