Look on your map, the flag will be bigger and there will be light radiating from your castle.

The king's banner don't do anything else than having a bigger flag and having yellow beams in your castle in the world map
it won't stop attacks or anything

OMG
at least give us some benefit if we choose to buy it with a lot of rubies
e.g. a kind of decoration item that increase Public Order ...

J.I. Joe, kids play this game. Go swear somewhere else.
This banner is completely optional. Having it proves only one thing: you are stupid enough to waste rubies on something aesthetic when you can never have enough of the other ruby stuff (armourer tools, everything in the king's market and enough to sustain that indefinitely, max everything in the alliance upgrades etc). But you don't have to get it.
This banner has been discussed time and time again. Every time we start fresh and repeat the same things. The only thing I think could have been talked about more is the psychological aspect. So either talk about that or look at one of the other threads on this subject. Because history repeats itself unless you make an effort to stop it.

Well, Kings banner looks cool, so appealing to younger players. It also will warn people that your a ruby buyer, so some people might think twice about attacking, or invite you into a strong alliance...

Appealing to younger players? Maybe sometimes. I am still a kid and i'm not fooled by it, and I haven't yet met a 5 year old in this game... and warning players your a ruby buyer? Well if someone wants to attack you, they will at least look at your castle first, and I obviously dont have a kings banner, but I do have ruby buildings, which shows I am a ruby buyer just as much as a kings banner.

Trust me, many people do not look at your castle, especially big players sending out attacks to smaller players randomly.

I've met people who sound like they only just learnt English as a FIRST language. Waah, waah, boo hoo, I got attacked once, I never thought that you'd retaliate when I attacked you, such a big meanie etc. If people act as dumb and babyish as they sound, I'm not surprised that so many low level players were tricked into falling for such a terrible scam (no offense GGS - I would have probably done the same thing if I was you, it's a clever idea).
