Can anyone tell me the maximum number of resource villages that can be acquired in erstwhile glacier?

that's because the old rule said you could have 10 of each. But they changed it to 5 of each.

Limits have been changed. Used to be 10 of each, now 5 of each.

late comer has lesser resource village.... I c it somewhere ....

early comer, if they have more than late comer, lost 1 village, then lost it permantent...until their amount of resource village are equal to late comer

They have, but you have to lose one through capture. They aren't just taken from you. Go capture some from players who have heaps...
