What will happen if a mission is completed before it is announced ?
Will the reward and experience been given automatically or I'll lost a chance to earn experience ?

well it depends on the mission. if it is an upgrading quest and u already upgraded it, then its completed. if it is like a looting quest, then u wont finish it right away.
