does it mean that location is for the new player 1st join this world ??

That means that is the position that player choose to move his/her main castle to.

Okay two things;
1) How do you know for sure he is taking your OPs and not just moving away from an area he doesn't want to be in?
2) You mean you don't defend your OPs anyway? Nice knowing ya!

farms is farms <---- other player's castle/outpost
i mean i need to protect my farms such that it will not become his farms ---> eliminate his army so he cannot farm my farms...........shhhhhhhhhhh

It is not a symbol it is an image.

The game allows people to move their main castle to another location on the map for no cost. It you wish to move the castle back to its original place on the map or move to another location then the second move will cost you 5000 rubies. You can move your castle simply by accessing the "Kings market", and then by clicking on the promotion icon to be directed to the promotion page, there you will notice the castle relocation empire game offer

Decide carefully before you relocate.

I agree, because i myself am thinking about moving, and its for 2 reasons:
1] i want to be closer to an alliance member
2] i think my area is too populated, as some players' outposts are too close to my castle for comfort, so im looking for some breathing room.

im sure the person just thinks there are enough outposts there and he wont be in anyone's way.
