Can anyone tell me how to trade food for wood plz?

Even I need help in that if anyone can guide. But I think that there is no way to trade within the system itself but you can trade with other players only I guess.

You can actually trade with the resource barterer, but that event is extremely rare that I think it will be the same if GGS never had added it

Try to trade with nearby player or your ally members
market is only used to delivery only
