This is to be a free game. However, i cannot get anyone to respond from customer support as to why my account was blocked. My game is suffering and no one wants to help. Where is customer services?

[email protected] is where you should send your e-mail. every time i send one i get a response so just make sure you have the right adress and check to make sue you have the right password and user also make sure it is set to the correct world before you enter. GGS doesnt block accounts for no reason

I have every time I have sent one. I contacted the moderator. They gave me the same email. I replied back. They haven't responded in over 48 hours now. in fact. I have a tracking number and it says its received but still waiting.

Hi Theragon,

I explained to you in the message partly why your account was banned. If you contact support then they will get back to you. I can see that it has already been forwarded internally to the correct person to deal with it so you should hear from them shortly.
