Can u conquer another person's castle. if u can how?

I have no idea what you mean by "conquer". You can attack other castles, and if you win you will get resources and (possibly) honor and glory. You can also launch capture attacks on other players outposts, where if successful you will take it over. You cannot, however, capture another player's main castle.

To answer the original poster: No you can't, but you capture their outposts.
