u have to agree with other player to do trading

if he lie to u, u send and he do not send..
it is your bad luck

may be trade with ally members 1st
then other player

mail to him to ask whether they want to trade and "what" u offer to exchange with "what"

it's better if you trade with your alliance members.if not massage a person saying that you won't some resources.
